Get a short MMCX cable to go along with your ES100. I use one of these: https://www.amazon.com/FiiO-MMCX-Headphone-Replacement-Cable/dp/B07KVZWW73

I usually clip the ES100 to my collar either on the side or on the back.

Thanks for the review! I've been eyeing these for a while.

What cable is that in the pic? Do these IEMs fit standard MMCX? I would want to be able to get a shorter cable (e.g. https://smile.amazon.com/FiiO-High-Purity-Copper-Plated-Connector-Headphones/dp/B07KVZWW73/ ) so that I can use it with a bluetooth dongle more easily but I can't tell if the connector is the same. Thanks!
