Don't worry about it, I really appreciate the sentiment dude, I really do. But I need something that's enthusiast-level one like this (what she broke because I do some really really heavy overclocking. I'm just going to bite the bullet and order a new one and live with my tooth pain for a couple more weeks.

But yeah seriously dude, I really appreciate the offer.

Wow you are the man! Thanks so much! I could reuse my HDD now if I reformat it and remove windows 7 from it, my windows 7 is OEM unfortunately :/ so id definitely have to buy a new windows 7 OS. Will it boot up correctly if I just install my cd drive and put it in? Ive never done a clean install but I assume its very simple. Seriously thanks again man, you saved me a bunch of time and money! Also the only reason to get a motherboard like this https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B012N6E996/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER Would be only for overclocking right?

Amazon Warehouse has the gaming 3 for $75 after 20% off and tax.

Personally, i feel the necessities would be a GTX 960 and an Intel i5, with 8GB DDR4 RAM and an i5/DDR4 supportive Motherboard.

Those 3 are in my current set-up and i am gaming in VR with a GTX 970. The 960 will do though for most games, i haven't seen it run anything less than 60fps.

Graphics Card
It looks like you want to play at 1080p resolution(which is great btw) @60fps or higher. You also seem like you might want to try VR later. Your best options for a graphics card is the 1070 or a 1060. The 1060 is a cheaper option with VERY good performance. Depending on the model you get, you can achieve close performance to a 1070 for under $300.
CPU
To be completely honest with you, an i7-6700k sounds nice and all, but in terms of gaming, its not all that. You want to do streaming and stuff right? Well an i5 6600K would do fine for streaming most games. It really just depends if you're willing to cut cost by looking at performance efficiency. If you don't mind then by all means go with the i7, its a great cpu of course.

Motherboard
*I'm not really sure, if you're getting a k-cpu then you should probably get a z170 board. If you care for aesthetics, I suggest this https://www.amazon.com/Gigabyte-LGA1151-Intel-Motherboards-GA-Z170X-Gaming/dp/B012N6E996/ref=sr_1_2?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1482194155&sr=1-2&keywords=z170+motherboard, and https://www.amazon.com/MSI-Performance-Z170A-Motherboard-3X/dp/B01CX4VJP0/ref=sr_1_6?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1482194948&sr=1-6&keywords=z170+motherboard. I'm not an expert on motherboards but a good msi z170 that looks this nice can't be bad.

You should know that if you decide to go 1440p, you're only gonna be getting 60hz unless you want to spend $500< on a higher refresh rate monitor.

Here's a Gold-Certified 650W thats only about $5 more than the one you have listed. https://www.amazon.com/EVGA-SuperNOVA-Modular-Warranty-120-G1-0650-XR/dp/B00K85X2AW/ref=sr_1_2?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1482195157&sr=1-2&keywords=gold+certified+power+supply.

If you decide to go with an i5 and 1060 instead, then you end up saving a couple hundred which you can use for things like a better case or custom sleeves for aesthetics. If you keep that monitor, then I recommend keeping the i7 and getting a 1060 instead.https://www.amazon.com/Gigabyte-GeForce-Gaming-GV-N1060G1GAMING-6GD-Graphics/dp/B01IEA1IMQ/ref=sr_1_8?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1482195400&sr=1-8&keywords=gtx%2B1060&th=1

All and all its a pretty good build and I wish you the best of luck

Gaming 3 is around 180$, HD3P is around 135$ in my country.

What extra features do I get with Gaming 3 MOBO? Is it worth the extra 45 $ in my condition? I wont be doing SLI and will be doing some SAFE-Overclocking to both my GPU and CPU.

For that price, I would have done the same. That's an excellent deal and that board has lot of reviews (over a hundred on Amazon) so it's pretty popular. Nice job.

I'm tempted to buy one myself even though I just built a new PC. LOL.

Thanks for the update. Most people don't follow up on their posts. Nice of you to do that. Best wishes on your trip to the US.

I have the 500GB version of the Samsung 850 EVO and I am very satisfied with it. ALthough, I am only using 40ish gb of the storage capacity with my OS installed, so the 250 would be more than enough. I am using the Gigabyte Z170X Gaming 3, and it has more features than I will ever use. Typically, motherboards between the $100-$150 range will have tons of features for the average gamer and avid PC user. Anything over the $150 mark is for those who like the latest and greatest tech, someone who is looking for a very specific color or style, idiots, or extreme power users and heavy overclockers.

on that subject, since im swapping most things out, you think itd be worth a change from a ga-z170x https://www.amazon.com/GIGABYTE-LGA1151-Intel-Motherboards-GA-Z170X-Gaming/dp/B012N6E996
to an asus mobo because they have some good deals out.
