Assuming you are operating the camera handheld and are looking for low budget options...

If you want an extra few inches you could get monster shoes: https://www.halloweencostumes.com/mens-monster-shoes.html

If you want more, there are drywall stilts (https://www.amazon.com/GypTool-Pro-15-Drywall-Stilts/dp/B01GP04QJO) that look like they start out at 15".

Both of those options would require a little getting used to but would get you the height if you need it.
