Cheapest and easiest solution is HDMI to composite converter box https://www.amazon.com/Converter-Esamconn-Composite-Adapter-Supporting/dp/B01EWMEKZC/ref=sr_1_16?ie=UTF8&qid=1506654419&sr=8-16&keywords=hdmi+composite Not going to be the best possible image, but hey, it's easy. If your TV has S-video or component video inputs you can get better quality.

Keep in mind resolution of regular SD TVs is pretty terrible, if you want text to be readable use 640x480 at most. Also you'll most likely have the edges of the PC output chopped off.
