You're probably best using a home enema kit. Make sure it has a valve to start and stop the stream. I suggest using your shower curtain rod as the hanging location to insure gravity is working for you. The easiest way I've found is to hang the bag and then use the bathtub as a support. The position you'll want to be in is exactly the same as when you jack off onto your face. Some padding for the floor will really make this a better experience; just make sure that your padding is water resistant and easily cleaned.
It would give you the most benefit if you use coffee instead of water for your carrier. You can grab a complete enema kit from Amazon and they have excellent options for the coffee if you want one stop shopping.
