I usually keep a pair of dress shoes and belt in my office when I plan on riding for the week to cut down on packing everything.
As far as a tank or tail bag I’m sure you could find one that works especially since you’re not going far enough to really worry about wrinkling in your suit jacket. Maybe something like this: Tail Bag
