You can get them super cheap at hardware stores. Just wrap them around and kitty has no chance.
You might also want to check with your vet. Chewing stuff, especially when she always go to the same place made indicate an issue. Either she's nervous or a certain smell.

Possibly something like this unless you want some cheap pvc or something. I don't think it has to be fort knox but enough to keep them away from pecking the wires. Otherwise the setup looks great! Depending on your climate you might want to put sides on the coop walls since you want to keep chickens away from water and from wind. And if you enclose it you could keep an eye on the moisture levels with a moisture sensor.
