Yup, that's the size that works perfectly. The rubber oring in the photo is a spare group head gasket from my Gaggia espresso machine that I used to keep the Anova high enough off the bottom of the cooler so the intake wasn't blocked. My buddy just 3D printed me a plastic sleeve that I will use going forward.
