Actually no, the grip has a hollow design. Its OK, but for the switch I had to get a small piece of velcro, it would fall off if I hit a big bump. I have no problems with it falling on the velcro, although I took a big piece and it messed with the back. Start small first. I just purchased this headrest mount for my 24 hour drive to Florida. It works perfectly for both the switch and tablets alike!

I am yet to test the product out, but i have checked and it fits the Microsoft surface. Now i need to find out how well it will hold on and if it will tilt forward.. Need to get it out for a test run.
Its a generic tablet headrest mount, I dont think anyone found the exact one used. but the switch will fit in any that work with smaller tablets.
