I would, but the spanish version of PcPartPicker is not updated.
I cannot find cheap parts, because the price listed in PcPartPicker is wrong... like so:
http://es.pcpartpicker.com/part/crucial-memory-bls4g3d1339ds1s00
Anyway, you can get one of these PSUs:
http://www.amazon.es/XFX-ProSeries-450W-Fuente-alimentaci%C3%B3n/dp/B005FPT38U/ref=sr_1_12?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1376948515&sr=1-12&keywords=Fuente+de+alimentaci%C3%B3n
http://www.amazon.es/Antec-EarthWatts-EA-430-Green-alimentaci%C3%B3n/dp/B008G6Q3SI/ref=sr_1_14?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1376948515&sr=1-14&keywords=Fuente+de+alimentaci%C3%B3n
Both are good and stable. Amazon UK does not ship to Spain, so I cannot find the Athlon II 760K available anywhere.
Instead, I recommend the Core i3 3220, which is cheap:
http://www.amazon.es/Intel-BX80637I33220-Microprocesador-I3-3220-socket/dp/B008F65MO0/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1376949204&sr=1-1&keywords=core+i3

You can use one of these motherboards:
http://www.amazon.es/MSI-B75MA-E33-s1155-2DDR3-USB3/dp/B008KSJNI4/ref=sr_1_12?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1376949231&sr=1-12&keywords=B75+motherboard
http://www.amazon.es/Gigabyte-GA-B75M-D3H-Rev-1-0-DDR3-SDRAM/dp/B007R9CRGW/ref=sr_1_2?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1376949231&sr=1-2&keywords=B75+motherboard

Consider this case:
http://www.amazon.es/dp/B00949IXJI/?tag=pcp02-21
Or something cheaper like this:
http://www.amazon.es/Cooler-Master-Elite-335U-ordenador/dp/B005Q92KM6/ref=sr_1_24?m=A1AT7YVPFBWXBL&s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1376949617&sr=1-24&keywords=carcasa+de+ordenador
Any ATX or Micro ATX case.
Then get the cheapest set of 8GB RAM (2x4GB DDR3 240-pin) you can find. The best deal I could find was this:
http://www.amazon.es/Ballistix-BLT2CP4G3D1608DT2TXOBCEU-Memoria-interna-DDR3/dp/B006Z1RHBS/ref=sr_1_44?m=A1AT7YVPFBWXBL&s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1376949729&sr=1-44&keywords=8gb+ddr3
But please look in your local stores.
Get a cheap DVD drive/burner if you need one. Also get the cheapest 1TB or 500GB Seagate Barracuda, Samsung Spinpoint F3 or WD Blue harddrive (size: 3.5" (~10x15cm)) you can find.
How much is this?
What I'm trying to say is - not all i3s are the same. buildapc would recommend this i3 3220, not the i3-2100.
As an alternative could i just get an Intel Core i3 3220 instead of the Phenom?

By that logic anyone who would buy a 370 should buy a 960 instead because of course they have $50 to spare. While at it, why not add an extra $50 and buy a 380X instead.
Surely at that point they could look under the bed, find another 'spare' $50 lying around, and buy a 970 FTW.
Why is it shocking that people have strict budgets. I want my kids to have the best experience possible when I build the living room ITX rig I promised them last spring.
That 'spare' $50 makes all the difference between Having 2 970s ($220 each pre 480 release) and no rig or 1 RX480($199), 1 RX470($150) and a used 3rd generation i3($55)
I'd be lucky to get after the RX 480 drops.
So STFU about priorities.
EDIT: Alternatively, you can put you money where your mouth is and send me an overwatch steam key for them. I'm sure you can 'spare' its cost.

I don't have every exact piece listed out, since when I made the build I didn't write down specific specs
