HERE you go.

Any Apple cable that comes with a charger is charge only. Not sure about that ugreen. iogear 100w cable is a great one. You just happened to have some bad luck, MOST are data cables, it's charge only that's rare. Also, you find a lot of charge+USB 2.0 only in gas stations (A to C).

Just remember, don't get Thunderbolt 3 40Gbps Active cables as they have no USB 3 Transfer (480Mbps 2.0 speeds only for USB). It's the only exception.

This is it:

It would move 50 gigs from my Lenovo p51 in a matter of like a minute or something crazy like that. I don't remember the specifics other than being very impressed.

> There still are bad cables out there, but they're nowhere near as common now as they were when the Nexus 6P launched.

They are most certainly still around, just look at Benson Leung's Google+ page.

According to him, this and this cable both pass certification, the IOGEAR one is 5A, the CHOETECH one is 3A. I'd recommend those. The Veckle and AmazonBasics cables you linked also has his stamp of approval.
