I use the TOBS deodorant matched to the specific cream/balm/splash when I shave with their products. I also use D.R Harris deodorant when I'm using their cream/balm/splash - Arlington is a great example the stick smells just like the cream/soap. Both of these brands offer non-aerosol stick deodorants that work very well (prevent smells, sweating) and are cost effective...they last a good few months.
Jack Black Pit Boss is another superb performer as a stick deodorant. It has a neutral scent and is ideal when you want to use a scented post shave balm or a splash without the smells clashing.
I only use stick based antiperspirant's as nothing ruins a good cologne or splash like a whole bunch of airborne smells and propellants from a can of pressurized deodorant as you hose your pits!
Pitboss by Jack Black. Great stuff. Only thing that keeps me dry.
