I have this one. It does the job. It's not 100% perfect, but it's close enough and it's lasted me a few years.
I vary my attire depending on the season, currently it is getting cold in the UK so I'm wearing a thin pair of walmart pyjama bottoms and a small women's crop top with a pug on it, but thats less relevant. The most important part of my sleep attire is a HIGH QUALITY SLEEP MASK.
It's a game changer. Obviously it blocks out a lot of (but not all) light, which lets your eyes relax, but for me the biggest thing is the Pavlovian Response. When that mask goes on, my mind knows it's time to sleep.
I have a variety. Some of the free airline ones are actually alright, I have a double strap Qatar mask that is decent, but on the higher end there's a soft towel material mask which is nice and my favourite is a black 'Silk Jasmine' number that feels like you're wearing a high quality pair of women's knickers on your face. Just image that.
Sidenote: As sexy as the above sounds, in practice it isn't the best if you are sharing a bed with someone.
TL;DR: Shut up and buy a sleep mask
