Ich habe mir letztes Jahr im Kaufland eine Grillplatte für den Induktionsherd gekauft. (Gab es vor ein paar Wochen wieder, vielleicht gibt es also auch jetzt noch Restbestände? Einfach mal beim Kundenservice anfragen.) Kostenpunkt: ca. 15€. Ich bin ehrlich: die kann nichts toppen. Ich besitze auch Markenpfannen, wie z.B. Tefal & WMF; Edelstahlpfannen und eine Gusseiserne. Die sind natürlich alle gut, aber die Grillplatte hat mich aus folgenden Gründen so richtig überzeugt:

  • ungleichmäßige Wärmeverteilung wie bei einem echten Grill - außen ist es weniger heißt als in der Mitte
    *Spülmaschinentauglich (auch festgebrannte Speisereste sind nach einem Spüldurchgang weg)
  • Aluguss, beschichtet: es haftet quasi nix an.
  • Rillen sorgen für das typische Steak-Grillmuster
  • Das Grill/Bratergebnis ist am Ende so, wie ich es mir vorstelle.

    Das nächste vergleichbare Produkt, das ich bei Amazon gefunden habe, kostet 30€. Ich kann aber nicht sagen, ob das genauso gut ist.
