I have this one on the left that came with one of my boards. There are other specialized versions from retailers. I googled switch puller for it. It basically pinches the switch and to unclip it from the plate.
Switch pullers are like $4, or many similar pieces of metal would work. You could do it with a small screwdriver if you'e a bit creative, even. One side at a time. If you have two you're all set.
