It's important to know that electric motors draw a surge of power for a split second as they start up. The rule of thumb is that this is double the wattage printed on the tool. I think a ~3000W inverter would be fine (they are notoriously overrated) and make sure it's installed physically close to the battery it's drawing from and connected with high quality wires that are sized according to it's manual. You can always run the Sprinter engine if you need more juice. No need to buy a separate gas engine on a generator or pressure washer when the van has one already. And you will probably be driving around a lot on days you use the tools so charging the batteries there too. I wouldn't count on powering it all from the solar though. When you do the calculations you will find that you need a lot of solar panels to run those tools all the time.
