So I'm a week deep into ketosis and I miss my favorite thing so much: a la colombe draft latte mocha. They are ~15g net carbs (I'm staying at 20g or below).

I'm really just wondering two things: if I can eat 5g or less carbs for the rest of the day and have one, is that okay? Even though all the carbs from the latte is basically sugar? Does it matter where the carbs come from?

Thanks!
