There are a couple different variations of the recipe I have seen - I try to use whole wheat or brown rice flour, olive oil and less garlic, but - essentially you just want to make a doughy consistency. I do handle programming, I work part time as a developer and am currently am programming our new system in python/django and javascript/react.
