I generally bottom out my keys also. I mostly use a rubber dome keyboard myself, though I might be able to learn differently on a better keyboard. The most difficult part would be switching back and forth between the two. I've just done quite a bit of research on mechanical keyboards, and have tried a few out recently thinking of switching. I don't think, though, that it will give me much of an advantage.
As far as a suggestion for a rubber dome keyboard, I would suggest starting with a Logitech K120. It's what I use at home currently. It has a lot of good reviews on US Amazon.com and it's only Rs. 430, so if you end up not liking it you can always keep it around as a spare.
As far as wireless, my experience is with the Logitech K360. It is convenient, both being wireless and utilizing Logitech's Unifying receiver so that the mouse and keyboard only need one USB receiver. Unfortunately I did not really enjoy typing on it, as it felt more odd than I was used to and I could not type as fast on it, so I didn't use it long.
I've never had an issue with my hand hurting from a mouse, though some just don't feel right.
