Those are decent lights, well made and pretty sturdy. My only beef with these streamlight pens is they're cold white low-cri. If you wanted a more natural, accurate light with high color rendering (from one tech to another- recommended), a light in that same format is the Lumintop IYP365 with the Nichia emitter option. There's also a titanium version if you feel fancy.

I'd probably get the Nitecore MT06MD if I wasn't going to modify something. The color vividness and accuracy of the Nichia 219B emitter is great, and few lights come with them anymore as most manufacturers that were using them have moved on to the 219C, which doesn't look as nice.
Nitecore isn't the best for durability though, and the Lumintop IYP365 is probably higher quality, while still having better color than a Stylus Pro.
If I was to change the LED myself, the Thrunite Ti4 is well-made and brighter than the others on its highest setting.

This light is awesome, it starts on Med every time, has low light (supposedly for pupil dilation tests) and is about the size of a pen. It looks and feels nice, and has a nice light. It's one of my favorites to carry around.

Lumintop seems to be a nice brand, they have a high CRI nichia LED option, or Cree, and they also have a single aaa size or 2xaaa
