Some WiFi (or even Bluetooth) enabled bulbs will let you schedule a "sunrise" function. Turning the light up gently rather than all at once.
Personally I have this one though I do wish I'd sprung for a brighter one at times. 40Watts isn't terribly bright. But if nothing else it'll give you a good idea what to look into.
magiclight bulbs do that from your phone app. they also work with alexa and change different colors.
