Those are all good knives and they won't break the bank. Why is the nakiri in the dairy category? I would think it belongs in neutral as it really should only ever be used for vegetables.
As for cutting boards I would just get two plastic or wood boards. You don't have to go crazy with these but avoid very hard woods, bamboo, and hard plastics.
Something like this or this (first to come up on Amazon).
Also the Tojiro paring knife is pretty good and if you get that instead of two identical MACs you'll lessen the chance of getting them mixed up.
