I use This battery.
It lasts 4 nights on a single charge down to about 30% of the battery's capacity.
I use the battery with a resmed s8 cpap. Of course without the humidifier. The battery only discharges gas when charging, not when in use, so just make sure you charge outside of the tent.
You said that you already have the proper cigarette lighter adapter, which is important as some cpaps have reversed polarity.
