I've had great success getting more to eat by packing bento style lunches. I use this lunch box.

Today I had:

  • carrots, green beans and cucumber with hummus and feta cheese
  • caprese salad
  • open faced sandwiches with cream cheese, avocado and onion
  • cheddar cheese and grapes
  • a small piece of chocolate

    About 1100 calories. I find that they take a lot of work to pack, but that I fill them up with a lot more fruits and veggies than I would eat otherwise.
