The switch is a Monoprice 4K switch:

I have a cable box, an Apple TV and a Raspberry Pi plugged into the switch. Technically you could plug your PS4 in and run it through the switch and thusly the Xbox One as well if you don’t want to have to worry about switching too many inputs, but there will be a small amount of input lag if memory serves.
If you're looking for a new hdmi switch, I have the two port version of this and it supports 4K and HDR:

This is the hdmi switch I have. It supports 4K 60htz and HDR. My TV is the same way, only the first HDMI port supports 4K UHD. I've had this HDMI switch since christmas hooked up to a Xbox One S and a PS4 Pro. Works beautifully and is only $35 or so. I highly recommend it. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01BOB6T4E/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Well, you could always combine this:

Now, if we could find an audio extractor that could transcode DD+ and DTS to DD, you could make up for all of the Playbar's deficiencies at once. :D
Sonos should just make one themselves. I think we're the only people in the world who are clamoring for it.
EDIT: It doesn't look like that audio splitter supports HDCP 2.2... so... back to the drawing board!
