Just for affirmation, my mothers only computer is a nexus 7 that she types emails on with a bluetooth keyboard. The one I got her has all kinds of android specific buttons, they work. It says Xoom but it works with any Android device.

I use this keyboard and am quite happy with it.

You'll have to wait for cases to roll out, but I have a Moko case for my first gen, and I would without a doubt buy from them again. As for a keyboard you can go down to any store and get one, but I do like my Motorola Atrix Keyboard; it's cheap, decently built, and it even has Android specific keys like Home and Back!! And yes, it connects with no problem to your N7.

In the meantime for a case I suggest getting a generic soft storage sleeve, and hold out for a case that can do things like double as a two-stage stand or have a one-hand grip. The very first cases to roll out won't have these and will be overall expensive for what they are worth. So until then just use a cheap-o iPad Mini or Amazon Kindle sleeve.

Keep your eyes peeled on this subreddit for when an actual decent case comes out... it will certainly be voted to the top. But until then, I must give my two thumbs up for that Atrix keyboard. Fits right into my book bag, and the Android-specific keys are beyond awesome.

What a nice offer! I would love this. It would make studying much easier!

Just like this. This bad boy is just a little longer landscape, a little shorter portrait, and is able to fit in my pocket along with my N10 with no stress. I have had it since December, and have used it about every day for 4-5 hours. Still has not died on me.

http://www.amazon.com/Motorola-Wireless-Keyboard-Retail-Packaging/dp/B004L9MBH6/ This little guy works great with my phones. I have a complimentary bluetooth mouse to go with it. who says you can't have a little mini PC. I used to take the keyboard and mouse and my phone to classes. notes were easy.
