I agree with most of the ratios listed here. I would add that what worked best for me when I would do the l-theanine/coffee thing was using a slow-release l-theanine. The only one I was able to find was by a company called Nature's Life. I used it for a few months and really liked it. I took 2 of the 400 mg slow release pills each morning and kept the coffee going.
