Is Bella spayed? My cat did similar things to my laundry until she was spayed. It could also be a stress thing if a major life change has occurred recently. Also, some cats are really finicky about their litter boxes being super clean, so I would make absolutely sure it’s taken care of.
Other than that, I can’t offer any more advice. If this is a persistent problem and none of the above are the cause, you should take her to the vet to be sure she’s okay.
