My psychiatrist has me taking this supplement for anxiety which has a lot of different things in it to help: https://www.amazon.com/Labs-Supplement-Enhancer-Ashwagandha-Rhodiola/dp/B00A4OVLRS/ref=mp_s_a_1_15?keywords=anxiety+supplements&qid=1564538975&s=gateway&sprefix=anxiety+&sr=8-15
I know it's called Mood Boost, but the contents are actually good for both depression and anxiety so you're covered.
Another possibility is lavender. There are two different types of clinically tested lavender supplements. They are
Calm Aid (also suggested by a psychiatrist):

I also agree with another poster about meditation. There's a wonderful app for that which is simply called "Calm".
There's also a good app and website for counseling where you simply pay for unlimited messaging with a counselor. I have found it quite effective. It's called "talkspace".
Good luck!
I was recently at my psychiatrist's office and he recommended magnesium oxide and also lavender capsules (I'm also on 20 mg of Lexapro, but I'm all for doing some natural stuff too.) It may be worth looking into for you! https://www.healthline.com/health/magnesium-anxiety#which-magnesium

Nature's Way CalmAid lavender oil gelcaps to reduce anxiety. Clinically proven comparable to benzodiazipines with no drowsiness. They have made a huge difference in my son's ability to concentrate at school and sleep with no discernible side effects. I tried them myself and my ability to concentrate improved dramatically whilst I was under a deadline for a quarterly report.

SSRIs suck ass. I've been reading about this lavender supplement, CalmAid treats anxiety as well as lorazepam without the negative side effects or dependence, even has a scientific study or two. Has good reviews, I say try it before getting benzos, that's for sure!
I take 1000 mg of Ashwagandha (KSM 66 Standardized Extract) with one capsule of CalmAid lavender oil upon waking and 1500 to 2000 mg of Ash every night before bed. It keeps my anxiety levels and panic very manageable. I use LiftMode's theanine as needed on extra stressful days. 200 mg usually lasts 2-3 hours.
