Olight S2 or Thrunite TN12 2016 NW or BLF A6/astrolux
First two are $50, the olight has a TIR optic for a nice wide smooth spill pattern and a tail magnet, the thrunite has a tail clicky and side switch mode change. The BLF A6 is a DD light with a medium hotspot of the two and comes in three "colors" (This represents the LED bin) white is A1, light yellow is C3, and yellow is A5 (I recommend the A5 bin)
Personally I only have experience with the BLF, and its hotspot and spill are about 4 degrees wider than my Olight S30R, which is right on the wider end of these tube lights.
