this will only come on if it's dark and there's motion, which should solve my problem of not having a light when the printer is printing in the dark and I'm not home. It's not overly long, not too expensive, powered by usb... I think it'll work.
I have a feeling it'll be brighter than I need which is good because then I can come up with a cover to diffuse the light... I have some translucent/clear filament perhaps I can print something.
