If you are going to be going out and coming back at night, you'll want something to leave on for when you get home. Even put it on a timer so you'll never have to worry about it, and even if you aren't there, it will look like someone is home.
Also, TRASH CANS! Kitchen, bathroom, bedroom. You'll want them.
