Hi,

Starting the RR and as many others I have no chances to install a pull up bar (not even the ones with no screws since the door frame is small and not sturdy enough), nor a power tower (not enough space).

On this very sub I found two pull up alternatives, both by Ross Enamait:

  • The pull up handles;
  • The resistance band hack (I saw there are pedal resistance bands, which I guess are fine for this?);

    Do you think these could be good alternatives? And in case, which one is it better, in your opinion?

    I know pull ups matter (yes, I read the FAQ!), but I also know the best way to stick with the routine is to have as less friction as possible, and being able to follow it in my flat without any waste of time would make it work for me.

    I'm looking into the routine and from what I can see in general I can adapt what I've got for it (chairs, table etc.), also on FitLoop I saw that basically the only item suggested is the resistance bands), pull ups are the only ones for which I would need an advice, unless you have other pieces of equipment that you think I would need (and which require no installation).
