Amazon sells a bunch of rando small battery banks, but I'm afraid I don't have experience with them to be sure of their quality. The smallest kind that are reliably found by reliable makers tend to be ~2500-3000mAh and are around the size of that anker powercore mini, and the reason for that is they just shove an 18650 cell in there for cost effectiveness.

I can recommend the Xiaomi mi compact; that's worked very well and I like the design. There was this power bracelet thing that was kickstarted but it was tiny, like 100mAh or something, Not worth your time.

I personally use a battery case, but that may or may not be available for your phone and may make your phone too big to even fit in your pocket. What phone do you have? Alternatively, if its one of the few with a removable battery, you could buy a spare one.

I've been using this one for 2 years now, still going strong. Lasts me between 3 and 4 charges.

I purchased the Xiaomi Mi Powerbank Pro of Amazon for around $20-$25, and it was absolutely the value I found. It's 10,000mAh and meets all your criteria, and unlike most Xiaomi products provided in the states, this actually comes with a warranty. I've been impressed. I haven't needed to find out how warranty support is with them luckily. Chinese manufactures can be...difficult with support here
