I say look into your nutrition and your hydration. I had problems with my long runs to. I was feeling very tired weak and my stomach was killing me after 30k. I found some nice energy shots (bit like candies) powerbar powergel and I started carrying a proper isotonic solution on every run and now I'm good as new after my long runs.
I say gear up nutrition wise and try one more 30k or bit more run before your marathon then do a 20k two weeks before that and then just take it easy with maybe a couple of 10k in the last two weeks.
