Try something like this. You can find these much cheaper at Walmart or similar, I just linked Amazon so you could search some options. Look for the key word "orthotic" or "orthopedic."
I weigh under 100 lbs (I'm really short) and work on my feet all day - if I don't wear good shoes they KILL me within 3-4 hours. Good shoes and I can last all 12. So while weight is perhaps also a factor for you, better insoles or shoes will make a huge difference.
