Get This instead of that current CPU. This is cheaper and will actually give good performance during games. Look at the reviews.

The rest looks good, but use the money saved from the CPU to buy a better GPU. Maybe this (again, look at the reviews, the second one down especially.)

EDIT: Just realised you're below his budget currently :P Put all the left over money into a better and better GPU until it reaches the desired price.

Hope I helped.

You have to remember that Skyrim is alot more CPU-intensive than GPU-intensive. This means that the CPU is alot more important in this game. Skyrim can probably be maxed out with a 7770: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Sapphire-11201-17-20G-CrossFireX-Multi-GPU-Technology/dp/B009YTT5RW/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1393700389&sr=8-1&keywords=amd+hd+7770

My attempt (through Amazon):

Type|Item|Price
----|:----|:----
CPU | AMD Athlon II X4 740K 3.40 GHz Processor - Socket FM2 | £54.98
Motherboard | Gigabyte F2A55M | £42.37
Memory | Crucial Ballistix Tactical 4GB | £20.49
Video Card | MSI GTX650Ti 1GB DDR5 | £98.99
Storage | Seagate Barracuda 500 GB | £40.97
Power Supply | Xigmatek NRP-VC503 500W | £32.06
Case | AvP Defender 100 | £16.99
Total | | £306.85

This will have a much better gaming performance than integrated Richland graphics or a Crossfire of them with something like 6570.

CPU:
Capable snappy FM2 processor.

Motherboard:
Reliable Gigabyte motherboard. If you want USB 3.0 and SATA III support, you can get this and stay within your budget, but I can't vouch for the reliability. In general, ASRock tend to use cheap quality components on their boards to drive the price down. If you have an extra £10, get this: USB 3.0, SATA III, SLI/Crossfire-ready, 4 RAM slots.

RAM:
You can always add more if you really need it, but there is no game out there at the moment that requires 8GB. Even if there was one, it would require a much more powerful CPU and GPU than in this build, so you wouldn't be able to run it properly anyway.

Graphics Card:
I sacrificed your nice case so that I could get this amazing 1GB 650 Ti over this 1GB ATI 7770. You will NOT regret it. As an alternative, you can get a cheaper card from Leadtek, which will allow you to get the more expensive motherboard I mentioned above. If you find yourself with some extra money, get a 650Ti Boost, like this one.

Power Suppy:
May not be a brand a lot of people know of, but they seem to have very high quality PSUs, so definitely worth the consideration. Review of one of their PSUs

I also doubt you really need a 1TB HDD, so I got you a Seagate 500GB drive. Seagate are a very reputable brand. If you really use 1TB of space for some odd reason, then even so there's no sense for you to keep all your files on that drive, because if it fails - you lose them all. If you have loads of movies, games or other data you want to keep, you can eventually buy an external HDD - they're awesome.

It might be less than you're looking to spend, but I'm using this and it runs skyrim on high/ultra high fine. It's currently £76 / $127 on Amazon.
