Home sweet home needs a gorgeous accented Coffee Table

A Room divider although I'm not sure how well this fits your theme I think it's pretty.

A Jewelry Box and Another one

Some wall Mirrors Mirror2

We have One Two and Three Cabinet knobs.

I think these Suitcases would be good for storage and decor. Here's Another with a different Finish.

Floral Curtains

Quilt Rack?

One Two Three Four Pillow designs.

I think that's all for now xD Hope I stuck with the theme okay.

EDIT: I thought a Cuckoo Clock would be cool but that might stray a bit from the English part of the decor xD

I think I can understand your layout, and you're right that it's a bit tricky.
Here's my suggestion. I know it's awkward to walk in and immediately see the bed, but it makes most sense to keep the living and dining areas next to each other. How many people do you need to seat at the dining table? 1? 2? 4? If possible, I'd suggest using backless stools as the seats for the dining table. That way you can push them all the way under the table when not in use. Do you plan on buying new items or thrifting?

The corner desk has got to go. I'd say the Ikea Micke is a good bet for you space-wise.
There are like zillions of different styles of room dividers if you want one to screen the bed from the living area. You mention curtains but I didn't actually see any windows?
