Camel 3x says this matches the best price point.
◉ Only a single light color (white)
◉ Multiple lighting patterns. Watch one reviewer's video for the Crazy light show
◉ No macro capability that I can see.
◉ Also available with a blue metal-alloy casing for the same price
(EDIT: Found a blue-switch version for same price)
EDIT: looks like there's only one left and price went up to $69.99 so I labeled this deal NSFW

Thats the keyboard. I won it from a giveaway or something of that nature. I actually thought it was a good starter board but reds arent my thing. I like black or green switches.
They keycaps are low quality and you won't be able to replace them fully.
More options:
The Rapid-i is currently on sale at Amazon for exactly $100, plus a $10 mail-in rebate. The initial wave apparently had some QA issues with the LEDs, but it's my understanding that they've fixed it.
But that price is only for the brown switches. If you want to stick to reds, there's also the Rantopad. These are Gateron switches instead of Cherry. Some people actually prefer them. You can also get the version with the blue top for a few more bucks.
Yeah, I would not suggest a Corsair. I would strongly urge getting a TKL for the better Ergonomics.
Ducky, Deck, Rantopad, Rantopad RGB are all good choices under $100.
If you really must have a Fulsize, then a Ducky Zero Shine. Ducky One is better quality than a Ducky Zero, but unless you want a Pink case, you are not finding a full size One under $100.
Which is the better budget keyboard out of the bunch?

Actually I made sure that the rantopad and masterkeys were on Amazon.ca before I recommended them, I just assumed the magicforce would be as well... The rantopad looks like it's only sold by a third party, however.
Magicforce appears to be unavailable there, which is a bit of a shame.
What's really strange to me is that the masterkeys pro S is only available in RGB there, but the masterkeys pro M is available in white, and it's below your budget. It's a pretty interesting layout too.
