All this is great :) I do have access to a Ikea and I'm open to painting my own walls. My budget is fairly open so that shouldn't be much of a deal breaker for me... I love this http://i.imgur.com/MtIJpsk.jpg and think that I'll be leaning towards it. Any bed frames / sofas / night stands in mind?

Edit: I'm open to having it be fairly white honestly.. things such as a black / white painting over the bed and a white couch in front of the bed. I love the little hints of brown since they make it feel a bit more nature-yy. I love Ikea and amazon so for the time being those would be my two go to shops.
