Torn between the 4 watches, which one should I get? Going to replace band with leather. All blue pieces.

Hello!

I just recently bought a watch after researching for a couple of week, so I can share my "research" with you. Some things to note, my budget was about half of yours, and my taste tends to lean towards more minimal watches. anyway:

I'm buying my first watch. I'm looking for one with leather straps that has the day/date. My budget is sub $150. Any recommendations? I want to use it for casual wear, but it should also be classy enough to pull off for formal wear. I'm fine with quartz or mechanical movement.
I've been looking at this seiko watch: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004JBB3ZM/ref=ox_sc_act_title_4?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER
Any recommendations?

I received this Seiko SNE102 for Christmas, and am loving this timepiece. I am a senior in high school and have never owned a watch (besides a daniel wellington I ordered off of aliexpress, which sucked lol) and thanks to this subreddit I decided to go with a Seiko. This watch has a Two tone stainless steel case which measures 37mm diameter by 10mm thick. It has a Japanese-quartz movement, and a protective hardlex crystal dial window. It is also water resistant to 100 M, and is solar powered. It features LumiBrite hands which is pretty dope. The day and date display gives the option of English or French which is nice cause I happen to speak French. It also came with a three-year warranty. The calfskin leather band is a bit shiny, so I am considering getting a different band, any recommendations? I love the blue-dial, it looks very blue in the photo, but without the flash it almost looks black. Here is the link on amazon for those who are interested.

I'm getting married in October and I'd like to surprise my fiance with a new watch as a gift. He has a watch list on Amazon, but they're all watches that he'd buy himself, around the $100 mark. I'd like to get something a little nicer - between $200 and $500. If he has these watches saved ( Invicta Speciality , Bulova Men's Classic , Armani Exchange Brown Leather , Vincero Bellwether , Seiko Silver Dial , Seiko Stainless Solar) are their any that you would recommend that I should consider? I know he prefers roman numerals or a completely clean face. I'm also thinking something with a leather band since he's mentioned a couple of times before that metal bands pull his arm hairs. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated!

I honestly have no idea about watches in that budget, except maybe look at some Seiko watches as they have a few of their lower price models in that price range, and you can always change the band

here's an example, I know it's not what your looking for exactly but it's a nice clean watch from seiko for a good price, if you search around you'll find something you look. https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B004JBB3ZM/ref=mp_s_a_1_15?qid=1465354105&sr=8-15&pi=SY200_QL40&keywords=mens+seiko&dpPl=1&dpID=41H9ZYM01OL&ref=plSrch
