I've got a number of lbs (60ish) to go, but I've been using basketball as both exercise and an escape from the stresses of the world. I don't have any coaching aside from YouTube videos and the occasional friend who's a coach chiming in with tips. I fell on my ankle last week and did some major strain on my arch, so I'm out for about 5 more days.
I stumbled upon this and figured it might be able to help me out with my shot after my arch heals aid I can play again. Obviously, I can sit and shoot. A quality headband also works as I sweat uber-easy.
