You bet, right now Russ Fazio and Tony Greenwald seem to be the biggest people looking at this. Here is a link to Russ' publications (faculty.psy.ohio-state.edu/fazio/fazio/pages/page9.htm), although many of them are written for academics and specifically on the topic of implicit attitudes.

Probably a great place to start too would be Bargh's book on Social Psychology and the Unconscious (http://www.amazon.com/Social-Psychology-Unconscious-Automaticity-Processes/dp/184169472X). It seems to cover most of the major topics that are being researched today.
