Your prerogative. I would have agreed with you a year or so ago but since buying these I haven't cared. Batteries last days with heavy use, lightweight, no cord, I can do somersaults while wearing them without issue, and they sound good too.

I love the behind the ear design. I've got these SoundBots and I can't go back to wired, not in a million years.

At home, I use a Sennheiser HD 558, which is fucking awesome. Out and about, I tend to use the el cheapo bluetooth headphones I bought for work. They sound like utter shit compared to the Sennheisers, but they do a fairly decent job, and they have a built in mic that works really well for online voice chat.

I don't see the point of wearing expensive headphones at the gym. You can get decent generic bluetooth headphones off Amazon for 20 bucks.

HANDS DOWN Cheap bluetooth headphones (see below). I bought a pair of motorola headphones that go behind your head and they crapped out in a few months or if I would get any sweat on them the buttons would stop working. The headphones below are $17 and I've had this pair for a year and a half with no issue. I only charge them when they die and that is once every few months (I go to the gym for 1hr - 6 days a week)

Second must have is a good hat to catch your sweat and that will dry fast so it doesn't mildew. I use the following cheap hats.

You do NOT need to spend that much on a good pair of bluetooth headphones my brother. I use a pair very similar to these, just not the same brand.

Very good audio quality and battery life. But, rather pointless when it comes to the 3ds lol.
