I came here to suggest "How To Win Friends and Influence People"... great material. Basic but essential. But seeing as you have that one....
I would also suggest some NLP books to hone your communication skills. I work with people from all over the world on a daily basis (so clear concise communication is required to make up for any lacking in compatible language skills) and I have found my NLP knowledge to be most beneficial. Much of a muchness as to which titles you choose on this topic. I have read books by Richard Bandler, Tad James, Michael Hall, Joseph O'Connor and many others. It's a matter of finding an author whose style you like.
My favourite has probably been "Sourcebook of Magic" by Michael Hall.
The biggest mistake I notice many people make is to reduce NLP to patterns and techniques. NLP is not a science, it's an art. I would suggest reading as much of Richard Bandler's writings as you can, to understand the underlying concepts and use books, like this one, as a reference for the traditional patterns you'd like to utilize:
