Your best bet would be to look at "quantum board" style lights. They are boards with many small LED diodes etched on. If you decide on options 2-5, Makes sure to get a 240w board or higher for your intended grow space.

Wow was looking today and looks like amazon has some quantum boards on there. Know anything about these lights?
This Spider Farmer SF2000 Quantum Board uses the same LM301B chips as HLG and others, but comes already pre-assembled for a good price and has good reviews. $300 for a 200+W QB is a pretty good deal and should be enough to veg your full 3x3 and would mostly cover it for flowering. Adding another smaller light later on would fill it out for flowering.
The Marshydro SP150 is another option. They use Epistar diodes instead of the absolute best LM301Bs but they have an awesome heatsink are IP65 waterproof, and are close in efficiency (The PPFD with the included spec sheet states 2.57μmol/J as opposed to the 2.7 in the LM301B boards.) I have one and it works great in my little 18"x30" tent (along with the SP250 in my 2'x4' tent). Two of these SP150 would provide perfect coverage for your 3"x3" tent at 300W.

What do you think of the Spiderfarmer lights on amazon? They boast tons of those diodes, a reputable driver, from what i've heard (meanwell) and are pretty damn well priced. Also I like the full, white spectrum for a lot of reasons.
No fans only heatsinks, and they're pretty light. It's dimmable, but it's kind of a pain in the ass as it's not easily accessible and is operated by a screw. If they made a real, readable dimmer knob, that would be a huge upgrade.
