I had the same thing, did Keto for two months and took a bottle of this (recommendation from nutritionist) about two years ago and it just went away. Even when I went back to eating a typical 'merca diet it didn't come back.
I'm not a doctor but this is what worked for me.
EDIT: Also those pills are just beets. You could also just eat beets but I don't particularly enjoy them so i got the pills.
