I saw a vehicles/starships of Star Wars coffee table book at Barnes and Noble a few weeks ago for about $30 and almost picked it up for my game. It would make a great visual aid for critical hits, cinematics, etc.

Serenity (Firefly RPG) has a bunch of spaceships with specs. Otherwise, you can't go wrong with one of the Star Wars Encyclopedias (Amazon I guess) which contain tonnes of blueprints, cut away sections and so forth if you find one containing lots of technical information. Par example.
