I grabbed a 12U rack from amazon.
Works great for me in my apartment.
I got this last month. It's adjustable to 36" deep. I'm pretty happy with it.

The ones with side panels are typically not adjustable. The ones without sides typically are. Unless you're moving the rails around inside the static sized frame, which is common on big expensive racks, but not common on small ones like this. The first one I posted: https://www.amazon.com/12U-4-Post-Open-Rack/dp/B0037ECAJA/ref=sr_1_18?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1501683124&sr=1-18&keywords=startech+rack has an adjustable size, I own one and screwed in "3" and "3" marks on all screws, making it exactly as long as my server. Now it fits underneath the desk next to me.
I need pretty much that exact rack for my apartment. Just want to hold a server or 2 and some networking.
By the way that same rack is even more expensive in Canada
$216
I'm finding a bunch of people saying about $50 would be an acceptable fee to get this done.
