Display Driver Uninstaller, you run it in Safe mode and it will remove all traces of Nvidia or AMD drivers(depending on what mode you run it in). It is the best for clearing up any issues with display driver stability or performance. Run it before installing a the new drivers, rolling back to older drivers, changing from AMD to Nvidia or Vice-versa etc. You can use it instead of the official uninstaller in Programs and Features. I'm in the habit now of always using it.
IPD stands for Interpupilary Distance, basically the distance between the center of your eyes. If this isn't set right you will get eye strain, headaches, vertigo, etc. You can guess based on what you see as you turn the knob, or try and figure it out with an iphone app or website - all of this really won't work(the websites and apps were way off for me from the actual). The best thing to do it just measure it properly with a cheap IPD ruler or get an eye doctor to measure it, then you just set it and forget it. Having an IPD ruler also makes it easier to get your friends set up in it and makes sure they have the most comfortable time.
I bought an IPD ruler. 31 and 34 were my measurements so 65 is the total IPD for me.
